According to the Government, this progress reflects significant strides in translating citizens’ concerns and policy commitments into tangible outcomes across various sectors of national development.

In the area of economic development, investment by Rwandans living abroad (the Diaspora) reached 35 million US dollars, demonstrating growing confidence in the country’s investment climate and economic stability.

Meanwhile, efforts to promote employment and livelihoods have yielded notable results, with over 370,000 people securing jobs through community-based development programs, commonly referred to as dukiriro. These initiatives have played a key role in reducing unemployment and improving household incomes across the country.

The Government attributed this level of implementation to strong coordination among public institutions, local government authorities, and development partners, emphasizing that work is ongoing to fully implement the remaining resolutions.

Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring that all resolutions of the 19th National Dialogue Council are fully implemented, as part of broader efforts to promote inclusive growth, good governance, and sustainable development.
