Ambassador Christine Nkulikiyinka Ambassador Christine Nkulikiyinka was born in Kigali in 1965.

Her educational trip began in her birthplace, where she completed her primary and secondary education. In 1985, she pursued advanced education abroad, enrolling in Ludwigshafen University in Germany to study Business Administration.
