The goal of the campaign was achieved, and it was announced that the program would continue in various sectors to reach beneficiaries and raise awareness of the services offered by BDF.

The campaign at the provincial level concluded in the Karongi District, bringing together various entrepreneurs, representatives of financial institutions, and BDF beneficiaries.

In a speech delivered by the BDF’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vincent Munyeshyaka, he emphasized the objectives of the "Birashoboka na BDF" program. He stated that the program aimed to demonstrate the possibility of accessing BDF’s financial services.

 He said, “Birashoboka na BDF means that it is possible to access BDF’s financial services. We aim to increase the number of people benefiting from these services. We also want to enhance our responsibility and strengthen collaboration with our partners.”

The Governor of the Western Province, Mr. Jean Bosco Ntibitura, who was the guest of honor, started by highlighting the challenges in the Western Province, mentioning issues like unemployment, lack of capital for both women and men, among others.

In his concluding remarks, Governor Ntibitura emphasized that this was a great opportunity to raise awareness of the opportunities in the Western Province and encouraged participants to share these opportunities with others.

He stated, “This is a great opportunity to promote the resources available in this province and how to maximize them. However, this requires determination and integrity. Share what you have gained here with others.”

The "Birashoboka na BDF" campaign, which will run for three months, aims to raise awareness of the services provided by BDF and improve its partnerships. Over the past 13 years, BDF has provided loans totaling 153 billion Rwandan Francs and more than 600 million Rwandan Francs in grants, creating over 146,000 jobs.
